2. Preparation of pesticides should be conducted far away from water sources and residential areas. The pesticide packages should be burnt or buried after use. Do not use the bottle and bag of pesticide to contain the food or the potable water.

3. Please wear protective masks, gloves, shoes, socks and suits with long sleeves during the preparation, application and handling of pesticides, and avoid the contact of pesticide with skins or eyes.

4. During the application and handling of pesticide, drinking, eating, smoking, talking, playing as well as touching mouth, face and eyes with hands are forbidden. After the application, please wash hands, face and gargle before eating, drinking or smoking. The handling or application time cannot be over 6 hours per day.

5. Windward spraying or spraying towards both left and right sides at the same time are not inappropriate. Interlaced spraying is advisable and it would be best if operators can spray crops by walking backwards. Additionally, application should be stopped when the wind is strong or when the temperature is high at noon.

6. Spraying operated by children or women who are pregnant, lactating and in the menstrual period is forbidden.

7. Please set up a warning mark in the place applied with high-toxicity pesticides and prevent humans, livestock and the poultry from entering that place. If carelessly touching the pesticide, people should immediately change clothes and wash skins with suds. In addition, promptly send the people who feel dizzy and sick to the hospital and show the label of pesticide ever used to help the doctor adopt proper remedies.
