Cotton
1. Weeds
Pre-emergence soil treatment:
A. Spraying 110 to 160g diuron 25% WP mixed with 45 to 50kg water can destroy most of weeds in the seedbed. Applying 120 to 180g dosage for spraying will be effective to the weeds in the open direct-seeding cotton field.
B. The pendimethalin 33% kills annual grasses and annual broadleaf weeds. Application is usually conducted 1-3 days before sowing or within the first 3 days after sowing. The dosage of 2250-2625mL mixed with water is adequate for each hectare of field and spaying soil surface is advisable.

Stem and leaf treatment in the growth period:
A. Users can use the enoxaprop-p-ethyl to control annual grasses. Spraying is recommended by using 750-1050mL dosage mixed with 20-30kg water for each hectare of field. For perennial grasses, each hectare field needs 1050-1200mL enoxaprop-p-ethyl 10% EC mixed with 30kg water for spraying.
B. The fluazifop 15% EC controls 2-3 leaf stage annual grasses and 510-750mL dosage per hectare is advisable. For the 4-5 leaf stage annual grasses, each hectare needs 750-1005mL dosage, and for the 5-6 leaf stage annual grasses, 1200-1305mL dosage mixed with 40-50kg water for spraying is recommended.

2. Pests
A. Cotton aphid
a. Control time: The control should be carried out when plants grow with rolled leaves and the number of aphid for each plant reaches 200, taking the top, middle and bottom parts of plant into account.
b. Control method: Each hectare field should use about 450-675mL of chlorpyrifos 48% EC for spraying.

B. Cotton bollworm
a. Physical control: Install the solar moth-killing lamp in the intensive planting region of cotton. Equipping one set of this product within every 40 hectares is practicable, and better effect will be achieved if the product is applied in contiguous fields.
b. Chemical control: The 1.8% abamectin+3.2% acetamiprid EC of 1.5-2.5L is enough for each hectare of land. For the cypermethrin 40g/L+profenofos 400g/L EC, each hectare needs 1L dosage. Users can also use the 10% emamectin benzoate+hexaflumuron WDG with the dosage of 1.5-2.5kg/hectare.

C. Pink bollworm of cotton
a. The cypermethrin 10% EC can be applied with the dilution of 1500-2000 times.
b. The chlorpyrifos 48% EC is another choice. The dilution is 1000 times and 750-1125g already-prepared solution for each hectare is enough.

D. Red spider of cotton
a. The 1.8% abamectin and 3.2% acetamiprid EC is applicable with the dilution of 1500-2000 times.
b. The imidacloprid 10% WP can be used and the dilution is 1500 times.
c. Spray the dicofol 20% EC with the dilution of 1000-1500 times.

E. Miridae
a. As the miridae is phototatic, users can adopt the solar moth-killing lamp to trap and kill it.
b. 5-10g imidacloprid 10% WP mixed with 15kg water for spraying is appropriate.

Coffee
1. Weeds
Each hectare field can use 3L glyphosate IPA 41% SL.

2. Disease
A. Damping off seedling
Planters should choose new field for seedling raising and avoid continous cropping. The carbendazim can be used for soil disinfecting and the dilution is 800-1000 times. Please timely eliminate diseased plants.

B. Rust
Completely check the plants before the end of dry season and timely eliminate diseased leaves once found. The bordeaux mixture of 1% to 5% can be applied when the disease spreads and 2-3 times of spraying is enough. The triadimefon 20% should be used once the disease gets serious and the dilution is 400 times.

C. Anthracnose
The mancozeb and carbendazim 50% should be sprayed every 7-8 days for continuous 2-3 times. The dilution is 250 times.

Cocoa
1. Weeds
3L glyphosate IPA 41% SL should be applied for each hectare field.

2. Black fruit
A. Agricultural practice: Please eliminate diseased fruits and collect dry stems as well as fallen leaves for burning after the rainy season.
B. Chemical control: Spray the bordeaux mixture 1% or the metalaxyl and mancozeb WP in the rainy season once per week, and the dilution is 500-800 times. In the dry season, spraying should be carried out every 3-4 weeks until the legume is ripe.
